Summer Conference Exhibit Rules
SPECIAL NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS!!!
All electricity must be ordered directly through PSAV.
If you require electrical service, you must contact PSAV at (239) 314-8199 to order ALL electricity.
For shipping information and special order items such as telecommunications, equipment rentals, VCR's, etc., please complete the Vendor Request Form which can be found at www.gobencs.com or contact Goben Convention Services directly at (407) 240-3348.
PLEASE NOTE - Only one company per booth. Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! Exhibitors may not reassign, sublet, or allow other companies to use the whole or a part of the space assigned by FPCA. Exhibitors may not display or advertise any goods or services not manufactured, distributed, otherwise provided by the exhibiting company during the normal course of business. FPCA policy firmly restricts representatives of organizations that have not been assigned an official exhibit booth space from soliciting business and from distributing promotional materials of any type within the Exhibit Hall area or any other areas. Those found doing so will be immediately asked to leave.
Sponsorship Information
Individuals and corporate sponsors make all of the events at the conference possible. Without your assistance we would be unable to fund many of the various activities. We ask that you consider sponsoring or co- sponsoring an event. Sponsoring an event provides your organization with visibility and will help make the conference a success.
