Receiving:

The Resort will accept packages (containers not requiring the use of equipment for movement) within three (3) days of the scheduled event. Due to limited storage areas, large containers and pallets can not be accepted before the event date without prior approval.

All packages, containers and pallets are subject to handling charges and need to be properly addressed as follows: Group/Organization Name & Date of Event, c/o World Golf Village Renaissance Resort, 500 South Legacy Trail,St. Augustine, FL 32092,Attn: Vendor Company Name.

Shipping:

All packages, containers and pallets must be sealed, labeled and accompanied by a bill of lading or shipping receipts containing form of payment for shipping charges. Pick up arrangements must be made by the vendor.

All properly labeled and sealed packages can be left in the vendor's booth space. All pick-ups should be scheduled for within three (3) days of the event. All packages left for pickup are subject to handling charges.

The Resort has daily Federal Express and United Parcel Service pick ups and we will be happy to assist you with these services.

Hours:

Federal Express and United Parcel Service Pick up at 5:00pm.

Shipping/Handling:

  • Boxes up to 30 lbs - $10.00
  • Boxes over 30 lbs - $15.00
  • Pallets less than 500 lbs - $150.00
  • Deliveries over 500 lbs are not accepted. Contact a drayage company of your choice.
