The Florida Police Chiefs Association is holding its Mid-Winter
Conference and Exposition from January 12th - 16th, 2008, at the Renaissance
Resort at World Golf Village, in St. Augustine, Florida and you are cordially
invited to attend. Once again, we anticipate that booth space will sell out
well in advance of the conference - don't get left out - send in your
registration form today! If we do not receive your registration form by December 21, 2007 your company
will NOT be listed in the Conference Program.

Attendance and Location ...
As our veteran vendors know, we broke all attendance records at
our last mid-winter conference and the exhibition space was sold out well in
advance. We anticipate excellent attendance from our membership of over 700
police executives. We would like you to exhibit your latest, innovative
products and services to these decision makers. Once again this year, we will
send special invitations to local Sheriff's Offices, command staff, and
purchasing personnel of surrounding departments, as well as corporate security
directors, to view the exhibits free of charge. The Renaissance Resort will
host this training conference and exposition and will allow food and drink in
the vendor area to enhance viewing hours. Vendor space will sell out quickly
so don't delay ... to hold your place, mail, fax, or e-mail your registration
form as soon as possible!
Exhibit Dates ...
Monday, January 14th, 2008 - Tuesday, January 15th, 2008. Exhibition
times are set around training and food breaks for maximum exposure. Setup
will be on Monday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The Exposition will open at
12:30 p.m. with a luncheon in the exhibition hall and will be the site of a
reception with lavish hors d'oeuvres from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. The
exhibit hours for Tuesday are from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Note: Early breakdown will result in a $200.00 fee and last booth choice
at the next FPCA exhibition attended.
Cost ...
The registration fee for the conference is $500 for an 8' x 10'
booth. Premium booth space is available for an additional sponsor fee of $250 (Bronze) or $1000 (Silver). Booths include table draping, two chairs, and facility rental.
There is a fee for electrical service: 1-3 amps, $20; 4-6 amps, $35;
and 7-10 amps, $50. The FPCA will provide 24-hour security. All of our
vendors are invited to participate in the cocktail reception and our
continental breakfasts and buffet luncheons that are held IN THE VENDOR AREA.
To guarantee space, you must return your completed registration form and
deposit of $100 at the time of registration, with the balance due no later
than December 10, 2007. Since space is limited, reservations, display
locations and special requests will be based on the order of receipt of
checks.

Exposition Area Information ...
Vehicles will have access to the exposition area. Floor load
capacity is 15 lbs. per square foot. Street access/loading dock door
information: Interior, 8'10" high x 11'10" wide; Exterior,
8'10" high x 11' 10" wide. The facility also is capable of supplying
single and three phase electric, as well as fiber optic access to phone
and data.

Marketing your company ...
FPCA's unique vendor directory check-off concept will be used
again during our Mid-Winter Conference as it continues to receive a
positive response from both the Chiefs and vendors. In order for our
members to participate in the prize drawings, they must get each vendor
to initial their vendor card. Perhaps your company would like to contribute
an item? If you are interested in donating a door prize, please give us a
call or include the information on your registration form and we will
follow-up with the designated contact person.
