Exhibit Rules

SPECIAL NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS!!!
All electricity must be ordered directly through Edlen Electrical Services. You may obtain an order form by contacting Edlen directly at (305) 623-5335.

VEHICLES ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE EXPOSITION HALL.
For shipping information and special order items such as telecommunications, equipment rentals, VCR's, etc., please complete the Vendor Request Form which can be found at www.gobencs.com or contact Goben Convention Services directly at (407) 240-3348.

    *PLEASE NOTE - FPCA POLICY IS ONE VENDOR PER BOOTH: Only one company name per booth may be displayed. This includes signs, badges, vehicles, shirts, etc.

FLOOR PLAN - Space will be allocated as per the official rules of the exhibit. No construction will be allowed on the sides of any booth which would obstruct the view of adjacent booths. All decorative materials must be flame proofed. No merchandise may extend out of the exhibit booths into the aisles.

DISPLAY INFORMATION - Booths include: table, draping, two chairs, a sign and facility rental.

EXHIBIT MATERIALS - The Fontainebleau Resort has strict rules governing the hanging of signs on walls or from ceilings. If you need to hang something, you must make arrangements with Fontainebleau Resort's Convention Services before the conference. Contact the hotel directly at (305) 674-4769.

DAMAGES - Any damage to the building through carelessness of the exhibitor(s) must be paid for by the exhibitor. Exhibitors will be required to keep their booths neatly arranged and clean. Janitorial service is provided. Exhibitors agree to conform to all rules and fire regulations of the facility.

EXHIBIT HOURS - Exhibit hall shall be strictly closed except for hours designated on official program. Exhibit hall will be secured immediately after closing hours to protect the exhibits and merchandise. Security will be provided by local law enforcement officials during off hours. Nothing shall be removed during the period of the exhibit from the exhibitor's space until the closing of the Expo without FPCA approval. NOTE: Early breakdown will result in a $200.00 fee and last booth choice at the next FPCA exhibition attended.

LIABILITY - The Exhibitor agrees to make no claims for any reason, including negligence, against the FPCA, the Conference Committee, Fontainebleau Resort or their members, agents or employees for loss, theft, damage or destruction of exhibit items; nor for any injury to exhibitors while in the exhibit building; nor for any damage of any nature, including damage to his business by reason of the failure to provide space for the exhibit or removal of the exhibit, nor for failure to hold the exhibit as scheduled.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your signature on the Application & Contract for Exhibit Space indicates that your company agrees to abide by these terms, conditions and rules.
